Jessica Leonard is a Florida native who was raised off Gatlin Boulevard in Port St. Lucie. Born in the small beach town of Lavalette, New Jersey, Jessica and her family moved to Port St. Lucie when she was one year old. Growing up in what once was a small town, she excelled in sports and academics and loved playing outdoors.

Jessica’s family has been involved in the community and both of her parents work(ed) for the St. Lucie County School Board for over 30+ years. Jessica’s father, John Leonard, taught legal studies for multiple high schools in St. Lucie County and he was an intricate part in starting the Teen Court Program many years ago with the State Attorney’s Office (Diamond Litty), together with local law enforcement officers and detectives. Jessica has a passion for the law and justice system as well and became a paralegal over ten years ago. After earning a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Keiser University in 2012.

Jessica worked as a paralegal for law firms practicing in the areas of real estate, family law, civil litigation, probate, and estate planning with firms in Palm Beach, St. Lucie and Martin Counties. Eventually, Jessica decided to focus her talents in the real estate and title areas where the knowledge and experience she gained from probate, family and estate planning complements her real estate practice. Jessica takes pride in serving clients so that their real estate transaction proceeds smoothly and she is always willing to go the extra mile on behalf of her clients.

Outside of her profession, Jessica’s passions are like many Floridians. She enjoys the beach, paddle boarding, spending time with her children and frequenting local businesses and restaurants.
